About the Role

We are looking for a creative and analytical

Marketing Executive

with strong experience in SEO, lead generation, and multimedia content creation. You will be responsible for producing high-quality videos/photos, managing digital content, and driving inbound leads through organic and paid strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation

Develop and execute lead generation strategies across Google, social media, and other digital platforms. Manage online campaigns to drive relevant traffic and convert leads. Track and report performance metrics such as lead quality, cost per lead, and ROI. Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blog content for search engines. Perform keyword research and track SERP rankings. Optimize on-page SEO elements: titles, meta descriptions, tags, internal linking, and content structure. Implement basic off-page SEO activities (backlinks, directories, local SEO). Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.

Photo & Video Production

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for campaigns, social media, and website. Produce reels, short-form videos, product shots, and behind-the-scenes content. Maintain a media library and ensure all content follows brand guidelines.

Content Creation

Write clear, engaging captions, website text, blog posts, and marketing materials. Manage content calendars and publish consistent posts across social media. Collaborate with graphics team to create visuals for ads and campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content creation. Strong skills in photography and videography (shooting + editing). Proficiency in Adobe Suite / CapCut / Lightroom / Photoshop. Knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads (basic level acceptable). Excellent English writing and communication skills. Understanding of social media algorithms and trends. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
