Growth & Field Marketing Executive

to expand adoption of our interior design and fitout marketplace in Qatar.

This role blends

on-ground market engagement

with

digital growth initiatives

, focusing on increasing platform awareness, onboarding fitout companies, and strengthening brand presence across channels.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, and comfortable working both in the field and online.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement growth-driven marketing initiatives across field and digital channels. Visit fitout companies, project sites, and business locations to promote the Super Fitout platform. Build direct relationships with contractors, designers, and business partners. Develop marketing content for social platforms, email outreach, and website updates. Manage and grow social media presence with consistent brand messaging. Collaborate with internal design and business teams on campaign execution. Track campaign results and prepare performance insights. Assist with offline promotions, activations, and industry events.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum

2 years of marketing or growth-related experience

. Background exposure to

fitout, interior design, construction, or B2B services

is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar discipline. Experience handling social media, content creation, and basic digital campaigns. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Self-driven with the ability to manage tasks independently.

Valid Qatar driving license

(mandatory for field activities).
