Role Overview

The Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns while also handling creative design requirements for digital and offline channels. This hybrid role requires a creative thinker with strong design skills and the ability to manage day-to-day marketing activities to support brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations. Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals. Manage brand presence across digital platforms (social media, aggregator platforms, email marketing, etc.). Support PR and events by creating promotional materials and coordinating execution. Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management.

Graphic Design

Design digital and print materials, including social media posts, menus, banners, posters, coupons, loyalty cards, and in-store branding. Create promotional designs offline & online Adapt visuals across different formats and sizes while maintaining brand consistency. Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and bring campaigns to life visually. Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and reflect WOK BOYZ's street-style identity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in marketing and/or design (F&B or retail industry experience preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics. Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
