Dubai, UAE SALARY: 14,000 AED - 17,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Salary: 11,000 AED - 17,000 AED

1. Paid Acquisition Strategy: Development and execution of paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms as well as search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.

a. Campaign planning and strategy development
b. Target audience identification and segmentation
c. Keyword research for PPC campaigns
d. Ad creative copywriting (ad design to be done internally)
e. Ad placement and bidding strategy
f. A/B testing of ads and landing pages
g. Campaign optimization and budget management
h. Conversion tracking setup and analysis (initial setup done, continuous updating and maintenance of taxonomies is required)
i. Remarketing strategy development and implementation

2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Website design, UX suggestions, funnel improvement. Involves coordination with the tech team.

a. Conversion funnel analysis and mapping
b. User experience (UX) and usability evaluation
c. A/B testing and multivariate testing of website elements
d. Landing page design and optimization
e. Personalization and dynamic content implementation
f. Call-to-action (CTA) testing and optimization
g. Heatmap and click-tracking analysis
h. Form optimization and lead capture strategy
i. Mobile Web Analytics and Tracking

3. Web Analytics and Tracking: Setup and management of tracking pixels/cookies on the website, as well as the use of web analytics tools to collect, analyze, and report on user behavior and website performance data. We already have a lot of this in place and the main work would be to review and update when needed.

a. Setup and configuration of web analytics tools (incl. Implementation of tracking pixels and cookies, custom event tracking and goal setup)
d. Tag management and organization (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
e. Cross-domain and subdomain tracking
f. Subscription tracking and revenue attribution
g. Integration with CRM, email marketing, and other tools
h. Data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
i. User behavior analysis and segmentation
j. Troubleshooting and resolving tracking issues

4. SEO: Improving website visibility in organic search results through keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building / backlinking strategies. We already have a lot of this in place and the main work would be to review and update when needed.

a. Keyword research and analysis
b. On-page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, etc.)
c. Technical SEO (site speed, mobile-friendliness, structured data, etc.)
d. Content optimization and keyword targeting
e. Internal linking and URL structure optimization
f. Link-building strategy development and execution
g. Local SEO and Google My Business management
h. SEO performance tracking and reporting
i. Competitor analysis and benchmarking
j. Algorithm update monitoring and SEO best practices implementation

5. Email Marketing: designing, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.

a. Email campaign strategy development
b. Email list segmentation and management
c. Email template design and layout
d. Copywriting and content creation
e. Personalization and dynamic content implementation
f. A/B testing of subject lines, content, and CTAs
g. Email automation and drip campaign setup
h. Deliverability and spam prevention
i. Performance analysis and optimization

6. Performance Analysis and Reporting: This workstream deals with the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of marketing performance data, as well as making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

a. KPI selection, tracking, and reporting (e.g., CAC, RoAS, CPM, etc.) Data collection and consolidation from various marketing channels
b. Data visualization and dashboard creation
c. Channel-specific performance analysis
d. Weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc data-driven recommendations for optimization

7. Content Marketing: This workstream includes the creation and promotion of high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and social media content, to attract and engage the target audience. We can greatly leverage AI / outsource to a content writer yet the freelancers should help inform content to be developed.

8. Affiliate, Partnership, PR campaigns, and influencer marketing: TBD
