About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team and lead the creation of engaging digital content across our social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, has strong visual and written communication skills, and understands how to build brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and produce short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Edit videos for social media, ensuring high quality, strong storytelling, and platform-specific optimization Appear in videos when required, including presenting, interviewing employees, and participating in brand content Design marketing visuals including social media posts, banners, basic ads, and promotional materials Write compelling captions, scripts, website content, and marketing copy aligned with brand tone Manage and grow company social media accounts through consistent posting and engagement Apply SEO best practices to website content and digital campaigns (preferred) Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements to content strategy Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and content formats

Requirements

Proven experience in shooting and editing short-form video content Comfortable presenting on camera and engaging with people for content creation Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Solid understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies Knowledge of SEO is a strong advantage Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Experience managing brand or business social media accounts Portfolio of video, design, or social media work Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, etc.)
