We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented

Content & Social Media Executive

to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and supporting brand campaigns that reflect the company's values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Schedule and publish posts, stories, reels, and campaigns Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and monitor community sentiment

Content Creation & Planning

Create written, visual, and video content for posts, stories, and blogs Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing strategy Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers when needed

Brand & Campaign Support

Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns and promotions Collaborate with internal teams for cross-functional marketing initiatives Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. Present monthly reports with recommendations for growth and engagement

Trends & Competitor Monitoring

Stay updated with current trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes Research competitors and suggest new ideas to stay ahead in the industry

Key Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in social media or content creation Strong writing skills (English is a must) Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or other editing apps Basic knowledge of SEO and social media analytics Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in photography/videography or managing shoots Basic understanding of paid social media ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
