About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in drafting trade documents related to Oil & Gas, Food & Grain, and Fertilizer commodities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing operations, documentation processes, and cross-border trade activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage accurate trade documentation (contracts, proforma invoices, shipping docs, LC docs, etc.)
Support international marketing and trading operations for oil, food grains, and fertilizer commodities
Liaise with suppliers, buyers, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely execution of trade deals
Assist in preparing market reports, customer proposals, and presentations
Maintain records of commodity transactions and ensure compliance with trade regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in drafting documents related to commodities trade (oil & gas, food & grain, fertilizers)
Strong understanding of international trade procedures and documentation
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, multicultural team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
