Marketing Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly focused and results-driven Marketing Engineer to drive revenue-generating marketing initiatives across our group company. The candidate will be responsible for devising and executing marketing strategies with a direct impact on lead generation and business development across our verticals in CNC Machining, Carbide Cutting Tools, White Metal Bearings, Industrial Automation, and our operations in Saudi Arabia and Oman. This role demands close collaboration with the Marketing Director, third-party marketing partners, and internal content designers. The position is KPI-driven with a strong linkage between marketing performance and revenue generation.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing within engineering/manufacturing domains.
- Proven track record of managing marketing initiatives with tangible revenue impact.
- Experience in marketing automation tools, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO/SEM, video marketing.
- Exposure to confidential and IP-sensitive industrial environments.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
