Job Title: Marketing Engineer -Projects

Job Summary:

The Marketing Engineer for projects is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for engineering services. The role involves building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, promoting the company's expertise, and converting opportunities into successful projects. This position requires a combination of engineering knowledge and strong marketing acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for projects.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

- Engage with current and potential clients to understand their needs.

- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to clients.

Tender & Proposal Support:

- Participate in the preparation of technical and financial bids for tenders.

- Ensure proposals meet client requirements and deadlines.

Company Promotion & Branding:

- Organize workshops, seminars, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.

- Develop marketing content including brochures, presentations, and technical articles.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare monthly marketing and sales performance reports.

- Analyze market trends and suggest strategies for business growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Marketing. 3-5 years of experience in marketing engineering or consulting projects. Familiarity with tendering and bidding processes in the engineering sector. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Strong negotiation and client persuasion abilities. Analytical thinking and market awareness. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Knowledge of engineering consulting industry and client requirements.

Personal Attributes:

Detail-oriented and accurate. Proactive and able to work independently. Team player with strong collaboration skills across departments.
