Job Description
- Building marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and sectors to support the overall strategic marketing plan.
- Search analysis of market trends and competitors.
- Coordinate and communicate with external marketing agencies and supervise traditional and electronic advertising campaigns.
- Supervise the company's attendance of events such as trade fairs, conferences, and festivals.
- Manage design and production of promotional materials such as websites and brochures.
- Study economic indicators, tracking changes between supply and demand, identifying customers and their high and future needs, and monitoring competition.
- Participating with creative teams, agencies and external suppliers.
- Solving and analysing advertising revenues, submitting reports to senior management, and measuring the performance of the company's marketing campaigns and related reports.
- In general, marketing managers analyse the effectiveness of all marketing efforts and sales campaigns of a company and grow developing targeted strategies to support and enhance the company's reputation.
- Discovering the desire of customers, building good relationships with customers, and addressing customer service problems.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
- Experience as a Marketing Manager, at least 10 years, in industrial and joint stock companies specialised in sales, retail, wholesale or export in the furniture or mattress industry.
- Experience in building marketing programs, defining target audiences and creating and leading cross-marketing channels campaigns creatively.
- Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in internet marketing.
