Job Summary: As a Bilingual Marketing Coordinator proficient in both English and Chinese, you will play a key role in facilitating marketing efforts targeting Chinese-speaking audiences. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that effectively engage and resonate with this demographic. Your ability to communicate fluently in both languages will be essential in ensuring the success of various marketing campaigns and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation and Translation
  • Create marketing content in both English and Chinese, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Translate marketing materials from English to Chinese and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors of Chinese-speaking audiences.
  • Analyze data and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies targeted at the Chinese market.
  • Campaign Coordination
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to Chinese-speaking audiences across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, and events.
  • Community Engagement
  • Monitor social media platforms and forums popular among Chinese audiences, responding to inquiries and engaging in conversations.
  • Multimedia Production:
  • Collaborate with designers and multimedia specialists to create visually appealing and culturally relevant content, such as videos, graphics, and infographics.
  • Review multimedia content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness for Chinese-speaking audiences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), with exceptional speaking, reading, and writing skills in both languages.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles, with a focus on engaging Chinese-speaking audiences.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese culture, preferences, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with multicultural teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
