JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist the guest with trips, valet and sales request e.g decor 2. Arrange and evaluate stocks requests for yacht; weekly and quarterly 3. Assist with on site sales booking request; kiosk and jetty 4. Ensure the cleanliness of the yacht at all times 5. Assist with the updated attendance of ground staff/ team 6. Coordinate with the ground staff on grievances, special request 7. Manage other tasks assigned within the scope of operations 8. Assist with the daily run around of operations: laundry, meals, 9. Manage water sports equipment on site and its operations 10. Update operations team with maintenance reports from breakdown, faults and fixes from captain 11. Offer onsite customer service ; photo moments , blue carpet, bouquet to clients 12. Resolve any jetty related issues with Marina or charter partners etc. REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a Chinese Speaker

• Proven experience as coordinator or in a similar role
• Experience in customer service will be a plus
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Reliable with patience and professionalism
• College degree; BS/ BA in Hotel and Restaurant Management or relevant field is a plus
• Ability to maintain a professional and well groomed appearance as per company standards.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Attested school certificate is required
