Marketing Coordinator Include: Job Brief We are a property management company looking for a marketing coordinator to help to build up our sales funnel and continue growing our business. We need you to help us build up our marketing strategy, track and analyse the performance of our advertisement campaigns, managing marketing budgets, generate leads and develop our marketing materials. We need to be continue present on the minds of our prospective audience, educate them and build up a solid and strong pipeline of leads. An excellent marketing the coordinator must be 1) familiar with different marketing tools and can identify the most relevant to us for our success, 2) good with copywriting, 3) have a creative mind to think outside of the box, 4) scientific about tracking and analysing results, 5) problem solver, 6) eager to learn, 7) terrific communicator, 8) able to prioritise, 9) trustworthy and reliable. The position is suitable for a candidate who is versatile, willing to go extra miles to ensure the team can get the best out of each campaign. Take pride in his/her own performances and is willing to grow together with the company. Responsibilities Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic Experiences with successful implementation of marketing campaigns from idea to execution Familiar with a variety of organic and paid lead acquisition channel Producing engaging content to get leads from our target group Build relationship with influencers in the industry Track performances, budget of each marketing campaign Analyse customer behaviours and experiment with it to improve the results Ensure all documentation, updates are done properly as per the company's requirement Requirements Great appetite to learn and grow Demonstratable experiences in marketing and lead generation Solid knowledge of website analytics tools Love great copy Fast learning with the latest trends in online marketing and measurement Great communicator Additional Preferences Preferably for an Arabic Speaker Preferably have experience in the real estate industry in Dubai or Abu Dhabi ** When making the application, please include some portfolio of yours** Position: Full-Time Salary: AED 3,000 Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Language:
