Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support corporate objectives, new developments, property sales, leasing, and brand awareness. Align marketing initiatives with overall business development plans and investor relations. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends and business opportunities. Position the brand and projects to meet the needs of target demographics across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Define and oversee brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms. Develop and manage corporate communications, PR campaigns, and thought leadership strategies. Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, outdoor, influencer partnerships, etc.) for real estate projects. Track campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. Work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, developers, and agency partners to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing plans. Support cross-functional initiatives including investor presentations, client onboarding materials, and public announcements. Oversee digital marketing strategy including SEO, paid media, website development, CRM, email marketing, and social media presence. Leverage analytics tools to assess performance and adjust digital strategies accordingly.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role, ideally within the real estate or property development sector. Strong understanding of the real estate market, customer behaviour, and industry trends. Proven track record in brand management, strategic planning, and campaign execution. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Ability to think both creatively and analytically.
