Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing & Communications Executive to lead day-to-day marketing operations, seasonal campaigns, and brand communications across all digital and in-store touchpoints. The ideal candidate will combine creative flair with analytical precision, ensuring that every campaign drives measurable impact in terms of awareness, bookings, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Strategy

  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, partnerships, product launches, and key media moments.
  • Develop detailed campaign timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
  • Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and operational priorities.
Content & CRM
  • Write engaging, brand-aligned copy for EDMs, WhatsApp, SMS, social media, press, and in-store communications.
  • Manage and optimize automated CRM flows (e.g., welcome, reactivation, upsell, birthday campaigns).
  • Segment and analyze customer data to improve retention and conversion.
Retail & Voucher Marketing
  • Drive marketing for retail and gift voucher products, including launch campaigns, packaging, and POS materials.
  • Monitor sales and redemption trends; deliver insights and recommendations to increase revenue and average order value.
PR & Partnerships
  • Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers, product houses, and media outlets.
  • Draft press releases, manage media trials, and build lasting press relationships.
In-Spa Marketing
  • Ensure all in-location marketing materials are updated, aligned with brand standards, and effectively deployed.
  • Collaborate with spa managers and front-of-house teams to execute activations smoothly.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare monthly performance dashboards highlighting key insights and actionable outcomes.
  • Track KPIs across bookings, vouchers, EDMs, and retail performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Growth in campaign-attributed bookings and cost-per-acquisition efficiency.
  • Voucher sales and redemption optimization.
  • Retail sell-through rates and AOV uplift.
  • EDM engagement metrics (open rate, CTR, unsubscribes, automation-driven revenue).
  • Seamless execution of in-store activations with zero errors or delays.
  • Timely submission of performance reports with clear insights.

  • Steady growth in voucher, booking, and retail revenues.
  • Campaigns executed on time and on brand.
  • Strong cross-functional alignment between marketing and operations teams.
  • Regular, insightful performance reports driving data-backed decisions.
Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of consumer marketing experience (spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality preferred).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability aligned with premium lifestyle brands.
  • Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience (e.g., Klaviyo or similar).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using GA4, UTM tracking, and dashboards.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Basic design skills (Canva, light HTML for EDM formatting).
  • Experience managing influencer or PR campaigns.
  • Familiarity with spa/hospitality POS or CRM systems.
