The Role
Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in establishing effective modern Brand & Communication strategy and guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective implementation of the strategy through Campaigns, events, partners & influencers communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing Company PR to maximize exposure and communication of brand values to the public. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination with sales department for go to market strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective coordination with PR/ Creative / Event related agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maximize Brand awareness and Lead generation through different channels and using different tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective Strategy communication through social media channels and Copy/content writing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective coordination with Photographer and videographer to create media assets for company utilization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in creating unique User Interface / User experience for digital tools including website and mobile application. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure implementation of modern communication techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Help establish Sales Center Customer Journey/ experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective Coordination with Development team to come up with project communication content such as Brochure, renders, layouts, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring marketing and media budget efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare ROI and ad-hoc reports on projects/campaigns as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Competitor market analysis, benchmarking, gather intelligence, and market survey. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing Company PR to maximize exposure and communication of brand values to the public. \xe2\x80\xa2 Help Establish Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support company in achieving both local and international awards.

Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder in Marketing / Brand & Communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven work experience as a Marketing / Brand & Communication Manager with at least 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience 2 years of them with real estate company in UAE. \xe2\x80\xa2 Confidence working with marketing/media agencies and with all digital/social platforms \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience across all marketing channels required to deliver campaigns successfully \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience managing and maintaining a budget \xe2\x80\xa2 Agility to problem solving and working effectively under pressure as both part of a team or independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong strategic and analytical approach \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient typing and communications skills both Verbally and in written format. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English and understands Arabic \xe2\x80\xa2 Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, (including Excel and PowerPoint) \xe2\x80\xa2 Design tools software expertise would be advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Proper presentation skills, articulate, and besuited to represent the company in some occasions.
