Marketing & Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

A leading company specializing in Geological, Geophysical, and Environmental Consulting in the UAE is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager with a proven ability to win projects and secure new contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead marketing & business development strategies across the UAE. Secure new consultancy projects in: Environmental Studies Geological & Geophysical Investigations Hydrogeology & Engineering Consulting Build and manage strong relationships with: Government authorities Engineering consultants Real estate developers Contractors & infrastructure firms Identify, follow up, and manage tenders (RFPs & bids) until contract award. Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Coordinate with technical teams to prepare winning technical & commercial proposals. Achieve clear, measurable growth targets (KPIs).

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or business development within the UAE. Mandatory experience in engineering, environmental, geological, or consultancy firms. Strong network and market access in the UAE. Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus). Results-driven, negotiation-focused, and commercially smart mindset. Ability to work independently and deliver high-value contracts.
