Role Description
We are seeking a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to lead our growth initiatives within the
Accounting, Taxation, and Corporate Advisory
domains. This is a
full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities
,
developing strategic alliances
, and
nurturing existing client relationships
to achieve measurable revenue growth. The BDM will also be expected to collaborate closely with the operations and advisory teams to design
tailored financial, tax, and compliance solutions
for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and onboard new clients in accounting, taxation, and corporate service segments.
Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation through digital and traditional channels.
Prepare and present client proposals, service presentations, and engagement contracts.
Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery alignment and client onboarding.
Represent the company in networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience
in
business development or sales
within
Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Advisory, or Professional Services firms
in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong understanding of
UAE regulatory environment
,
Corporate Tax (CT)
,
VAT
, and
AML compliance frameworks
(not mandatory but preferred).
Demonstrated ability to
generate leads
,
convert clients
, and
achieve sales targets
in B2B professional services.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills with executive-level clients.
Experience in
digital marketing and Meta Ads campaigns
for professional services firms.
Proficiency in
proposal writing, pricing strategy, and contract management
.
Strategic thinker with strong
analytical and market research abilities
.
Ability to work both
independently and collaboratively
in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
(Master's preferred).
On-site availability
in Dubai, UAE is mandatory.
