We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. Lead integrated marketing and growth initiatives for our restaurant/hospitality venture. Responsibilities include driving sales and brand expansion, managing digital and physical campaigns, nurturing strategic partnerships, overseeing events, budgets, and performance metrics all with a customer-centric lens. Expansion of our business while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to scale restaurant operations and outreach.
Explore creative ways to leverage the space and time--for example, promotions during slow hours, tourism-focused offerings, or unique event concepts.
Manage event-driven sales initiatives--festive promotions, themed nights, partnerships with local venues or influencers.
Participate in market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and competition; report findings to leadership.
Develop, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, website) and traditional channels (print, PR).
Shape and amplify your brand's positioning, storytelling, and voice to stand out in a competitive market.
Oversee content creation--collaborate with culinary team to showcase seasonal menus, events, or new dishes via photos, videos, blogs, or social media posts.
Build and manage the restaurant's digital footprint--website, social media, online reviews and reputation.
Cultivate media & influencer relationships; coordinate PR outreach, media visits, and coverage.
Launch and manage loyalty programs, feedback loops, or community engagement initiatives.
Engage with strategic partners--vendors, local businesses, tourism operators--for co-promotions or cross-marketing.
Develop and manage marketing budgets; ensure campaigns yield measurable ROI.
Track campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales impact--present insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate with internal teams across sales, culinary, operations, and external agencies.
Foster interdepartmental alignment for seamless campaign rollouts and experience consistency.
Qualification & Skills
Education
Bachelor's in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Admin, or related field
Experience
Proven track record in marketing & business development within F&B/hospitality
Digital & Marketing Skills
Social media, digital campaigns, PR, influencer engagement, content strategy.
