We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing & Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships to drive the company's growth and brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services and brand. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and online content. Coordinate with the management team to align marketing and sales goals. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to represent the company. Track and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in [industry, e.g., consultancy / hospitality / real estate / etc.]). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
