We are seeking a Marketing Automation & Funnel Executive to design, build, and optimize high-converting marketing funnels that drive lead generation, nurture engagement, and increase sales conversions.
This role combines technical marketing execution (ClickFunnels, CRM, and automation tools) with strategic campaign design, ensuring that every customer journey -- from the first click to the final purchase -- delivers measurable results.
The ideal candidate understands both the psychology of conversion and the technology that powers it. You will own the digital journey: landing pages, automation flows, and data-driven campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Funnel Building & Optimization
Design, develop, and manage marketing funnels using platforms such as ClickFunnels, WordPress, or GoHighLevel*.
Create and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, thank-you pages*, and checkout flows to maximize conversion rates.
Continuously test and improve funnel performance through A/B testing*, analytics, and heatmap analysis.
Marketing Automation & CRM
Build and maintain automated email and SMS sequencesfor lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement.
Manage CRM systems(ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar) -- including segmentation, scoring, and tagging.
Integrate and automate workflows between CRM, landing pages, and payment systems using tools like Zapier*.
Campaign Strategy & Analytics
Develop data-driven campaign strategiesaligned with brand objectives and customer journey mapping.
Track KPIs (conversion rate, lead cost, ROI) and prepare performance reports for management.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistent messagingacross all touchpoints.
Email & Retention Marketing
Create and manage email marketing campaignsthat nurture leads through various funnel stages.
Segment audiences and personalize communication to improve engagement and retention.
Analyze open rates, click rates, and conversion data to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
2-4 yearsof hands-on experience in marketing automation, funnels, or performance marketing.
Proven experience with ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot*, or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of sales funnel psychology, customer journey design, and conversion optimization*.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, etc.)
Basic familiarity with design and copywriting for marketing purposes is a plus.
