As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Business Support Executive to join our team and support the company's commercial, marketing, and operational presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and events Support business development activities, including lead research, proposal writing, and client follow-up Write, proofread, and coordinate content for: Company profiles, proposals, tender submissions Website blog posts, case studies, and LinkedIn content Marketing materials and presentations Manage and schedule social media content, email marketing campaigns, and communication flows Fill and maintain records across procurement portals, licensing authorities, and company compliance platforms Prepare presentations, reports, and project achievement documents Assist with internal coordination for marketing, branding, and communications strategy Ensure high standards of branding, consistency, and tone across all content
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Law, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in tech, IT, or engineering industries Excellent English writing and communication skills (Arabic is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work independently Passion for technology, branding, and effective communication
