We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Lead who excels in social media management, content creation, event coordination, and in-store marketing campaigns. This role blends hands-on creative production with high-level marketing strategy to elevate our brand, engage our audience, and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategies across all major platforms.
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging daily content aligned with brand objectives.
Monitor social channels, respond to community interactions, and manage online reputation.
Analyze metrics, generate performance reports, and continuously optimize content.
Stay current with social trends, platform updates, and industry innovations.
Content Creation
Produce high-quality content including short-form videos, photos, graphics, blogs, and captions.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and compelling brand storytelling.
Brainstorm and execute original creative concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and messaging.
Execute basic photo/video editing and content optimization.
Marketing Leadership
Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning social media, email, digital ads, and partnerships.
Manage brand voice, messaging consistency, and overall positioning.
Conduct market and competitor research to support data-driven decision-making.
Develop and track marketing KPIs, delivering insights to leadership.
Oversee budgets for marketing initiatives and paid social campaigns.
Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
Event Management & In-Store Marketing
Plan and manage brand events, pop-ups, store activations, and customer engagement experiences.
Execute in-store marketing campaigns, signage, seasonal displays, and promotional programs.
Collaborate with store teams to ensure consistent brand presentation and merchandising.
Track event performance and store campaign success through foot traffic, sales lift, and customer feedback.
Build partnerships with local organizations, venues, or vendors to enhance event reach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
2-5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or event management.
Strong writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
Proficiency with social platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
Experience with design/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Knowledge of in-store marketing, event logistics, and promotional strategy is a plus.
Strong organization, project management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
