About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing & PR Manager with a proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within the real estate or industrial sectors. This role will lead and execute the company's marketing and communications strategy, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Define and manage the marketing calendar for campaigns, events, and communications.
Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to support lead generation and sales enablement.
Public Relations & Communications:
Manage all external communications, including press releases, media relations, thought leadership, and crisis communication.
Build and nurture relationships with media, industry publications, and key stakeholders.
Serve as the company's spokesperson when required.
Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
Oversee development of marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Digital Marketing:
Manage online presence including website content, social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
Monitor and report on digital analytics and campaign performance.
Events & Partnerships:
Plan and execute trade shows, networking events, and sponsorship opportunities.
Build strategic partnerships to elevate brand profile and create business opportunities.
Market Research & Insight:
Conduct competitive analysis, industry trend tracking, and customer feedback studies.
Provide regular reports and insights to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's preferred.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and PR, ideally in real estate, construction, or industrial sectors.
Proven success in driving brand awareness and generating business leads.
Strong media relations and crisis communications experience.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite).
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional initiatives
