with proven sales expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies
aligned with company goals
Lead and mentor
junior sales staff to achieve collective targets
Ensure team achieves a
monthly sales target of AED 50,000
Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
Track sales performance and report progress to management
Requirements
4-5 years of proven
sales experience
(digital marketing preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage a team and perform under pressure
Quick adaptability to company standards and targets
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary:
AED 10,000/month (after achieving target)
Probation:
1 month
Visa Sponsorship:
After 3 months (performance-based)
