NVR HR Solutions is a well-established recruitment and HR services provider in the UAE with over 15 years of experience. We are currently looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business within the HR/Recruitment sector, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR/Recruitment sector
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop customized proposals and service solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and follow-up
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in business development within the HR/Recruitment industry (mandatory)
Strong understanding of the UAE job market and client dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently
