Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing growth.

Role Overview

The

Mid-Level Sales Executive

will focus on

acquiring new clients

, managing relationships, and achieving consistent monthly sales results.
This is a

target-based and performance-driven role

, ideal for professionals with a proven record in

digital marketing or advertising sales

who want to accelerate their career in Dubai's fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across

Dubai and the UAE

. Consistently achieve a

monthly sales target of AED 30,000

. Build, manage, and retain long-term client relationships. Develop and execute sales strategies with the marketing team. Confidently pitch

digital marketing services

(SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.) to potential clients. Prepare accurate

sales reports, forecasts, and market insights

. Stay updated on

digital trends, competitors, and industry developments

.

Requirements

3-4 years of proven experience in

sales or business development

(preferably in the digital marketing or advertising sector). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and account management abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner with adaptability to company systems and targets. Fluency in English is required;

Arabic is a plus

. Must be

based in Dubai

or willing to relocate.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Package:

From AED 5,000 (performance-based; applicable after meeting targets)

Marketing Budget:

AED 5,000/month (activated upon achieving minimum sales target)

Probation Period:

1 month (training and performance review)

Provided after 3 months (based on performance)
