We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Al Rafee Development Company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the construction and fit-out industry within the Qatari market. This role is critical to expanding our client base and ensuring the continued growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, upcoming projects, and industry trends in the construction and fit-out sector in Qatar. Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective strategies for business acquisition.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients, including developers, contractors, consultants, and government entities. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote our services.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:

Collaborate with the technical and project teams to prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and bids tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.

Marketing and Brand Promotion:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services in the construction and fit-out industry. Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, manage social media presence, and ensure consistent branding.

Reporting and Coordination:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project leads, and sales activities. Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry. Strong understanding of the Qatari construction market, including regulations, key players, and industry dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
