Due to company growth, we are expanding our team and are looking for a

Marketing Analyst

who will help build clear and reliable analytics and turn data into management decisions.

Responsibilities

End-to-end marketing analytics:

full funnel analysis from visit ? lead ? payment; breakdown by channels, destinations, languages, and urgency; identification of drop-off points

Advertising performance analysis

(primarily Google Ads): CPL, CPA, stage-by-stage conversion rates, optimization recommendations

CRM analytics in Bitrix24:

data quality audit, segmentation, field logic, statuses, and tags for analytics and communications

Customer touchpoint analysis:

frequency, timing, and format of communications (calls, messengers, campaigns); assessment of impact on conversion and churn

Evaluation of campaign performance

and repeat customer inquiries

Preparation of technical requirements for reports and dashboards:

metrics, data sources, calculation logic, and data quality control
Requirements

1-2+ years of experience in marketing or CRM analytics Strong SQL skills (funnels, cohorts, segmentation) Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.) Understanding of key metrics: CPL, CPA, CR, ROAS, LTV, CAC, repeat conversions Confident experience working with Bitrix24 Ability to turn analytics into clear recommendations and actionable steps
Nice to have

GA4, UTM hygiene, basic understanding of attribution models Python (pandas) for reporting automation Experience with A/B testing and communication scenarios English proficiency (RU / EN, partial AR is a plus)
