You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in market research, preferably within consumer and behavioral psychology. Web3 understanding and interest is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, or equivalent).
Understanding of Psychology: Knowledge of psychological principles related to dating, relationships, and human behavior.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
