Job Description

We are looking for a Market Access Value Proposition Manager to join us in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:

Access

+ Access and inclusions: (MoH, insurance programs, formularies, tenders, Gov.t & PVT reimbursements, and different manage entry agreements).

+ Manage Government platforms: (SFDA repricing rounds, appeals & argumentations with strong mitigation plans/actions, NUPCO, MoH purchasing processes, and local content).

+ Expansions: (guidelines, MoH reimbursement & budget allocation, Govn.t centers of excellence, and AbbVie care programs).

+ Active participations with AbbVie management leaders in financial planning and brand planning rounds.

+ Play an active part within brand teams, identify opportunities to work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver on brand objectives

+ Customize technical data into simple compelling messages in the format appropriate for local stakeholders.

+ Define Value Propositions by consolidating Core Value Dossiers, stakeholder needs, local environment and Brand priorities.

Provide training of analysis, tools, evidence, actions and programs to support and communicate the value propositions.

Monitor changes and competitive situation in the environment in order to anticipate risks and opportunities for Market access.

Understand stakeholder needs and requirements for demonstrating the value.

Develop pricing scenarios, Pricing & Reimbursement strategies and monitor prices.

Prepare submissions and objections handling.

Liaise with region to identify further requirements for value propositions development.

Provide strategic contribution to the financial planning process in the environment in order to anticipate risks and opportunities for Market access.

+ Prioritize market access activities

HEOR

+ Assess and address HEOR needs for local data, studies, economic approach:

+ To develop HTA needed tools as well as payers & providers requirements.

+ To maintain continuous relationship and awareness with health economic community and HE KOLs.

+ Provide pharmaco-economic local data to the brand team which demonstrate the value of brands and can support market access.

+ Provide input to Global HEOR about needs of the affiliate to be considered when developing HEOR models.

+ Provide input to the medical department, for the inclusion of local HEOR endpoints into medical studies Synthesize conclusions of modelling exercises.

Qualifications:

+ At least 3 years of experience in managerial level.

+ Very well understanding for the Saudi market dynamics.

+ Deep understanding for Saudi market pricing requirements.

+ Understanding for reimbursement requirements in the Saudi market.

+ Experienced in developing market access solutions.

+ Experienced in market access pre-launch readiness.

+ Deep understanding for pharmacoeconomics.

+ Excellent business acumen.

+ Experienced in managing KOLs.

+ Ability to manage complexity.

+ Ability to accurately interpret clinical and economic data.

+ Real World Evidence generation experience is a plus

+ Post graduate degree in pharmacoeconomics/ public health/ pharmaceutical pricing is a plus
