• Excellent opportunity for an experienced Consultant, a contractor who would like more stability or a Pharma company (Senior) Manager who would like a more entrepreneurial role.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an established ( >5 years) small business at a Senior level, using your experience of the Middle Eastern healthcare markets to lead a range of projects and actively influence the growth of the business in the coming years. As the Principal, you will take on responsibility for leading a team, managing multiple projects and engaging with new and existing clients. An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in building a business is important in this position and there is a realistic pathway to Partnership within a short period of time with this company. The company's clients are mainly European / US Pharma companies who are looking to launch new products in the MEA region and therefore a strong background in Market Access and experience of working with the Middle East (and preferably Africa) markets is essential. Ideally, you will have previous consulting company experience but this is not essential. Similarly, Arabic language skills would be advantageous but are not essential and applicants are welcomed to apply from anywhere within the Middle East region or from Europe as the company are willing to be very flexible with the working location of the role.
