Role Description

As a Market Access & Pricing Manager UAE you will contribute to the growth of LEO business by building and developing relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure patients have maximum access to LEO products.
In Global Product Strategy & International Operations you will get the opportunity to shape the future and help people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care.
Your role
As a Market Access & Pricing Manager you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing LEO\'s patient support program in the country. You will maintain solid, constant, and credible partnerships with payers, decision-makers at the local and regional level, and stakeholders involved in access decisions/processes.
- Plan, design and execute LEO\'s patient support program in the country
- Map the relevant stakeholders at regional and local levels that have an impact on patient access
- Identify relevant issues for each stakeholder to tailor the value proposition to their needs
- Ensure a high-value-based perception and highlight the economic value of achieving sustainable clinical results of LEO products
- Act as a subject matter expert on the value proposition of LEO products, utilize clinical and economic data to demonstrate product value and cost efficacy, and adopt the relevant clinical features to highlight patient benefits.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- 2 years or more of experience in of Market Access and/or Patients access programs
- Experience in immunology, biologics, oncology, or rare disease
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Pharmacy or any medical and life sciences background
- Knowledge of Public Administration, Health Economics, and Scientific & Product knowledge
