Job Description

The Position

To develop and execute effective strategies that will ensure patient access to our products.

To play an active role within the dedicated Squad to help resolve customer issues around patient access to our products.

To participate within the squad in developing and implementing Product Access Plan, Reimbursement enlistment, pharmacoeconomic studies, stakeholders management

To help the Squad dedicate the right resources between marketed products and products under registration.

To identify and map the key decision makers in the country, influential state societies, professional societies, media and patient groups and establish relationships with them.

To stay abreast on market trends, on market development and anticipate to implement appropriate changes to strategy.

To work closely with Global & Regional Access, Communities of Practices and other internal stakeholders in building and tailoring product value propositions for local context.

Background and skills: Qualifications:

Degree in Life Science, Business Management or access field

Strong technical understanding of market access issues, with hands-on experience in country

Technical understanding of clinical and health economic data

Excellent knowledge of Health Policy and legal framework for pharmaceutical industry and code of conduct

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in market access within the biopharmaceuticals

Knowledge::

Fluency in written and spoken English

Fluency in written and spoken French

Professional use of Arabic

Local labor laws & regulations

Good listening and negotiation skills

Business approach.

Strategic, analytical thinking and ability to adapt and respond positively to a variety of situations.

Ability to connect the dots and influence Squad and internal resources to address Access barriers.

Ability to work under pressure. Sense of urgency. Multiple tasking.

Project management proficiency
