A leading pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for Market Access Manager GCC \xe2\x80\x93 Oncology to be based in UAE.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Partnering with key market stakeholders and centers to understand and elicit the Market Access requirements; mapping key stakeholders and thought leaders.
• Providing appropriate strategies and tools to monitor and address policy developments related to localization, privatization, and other policy changes, which may affect Pricing and Access.
• Developing the market as per the company\'s strategic direction, by sourcing, screening, and evaluating new customers, maintaining the loyal customers through proper implementation of strategy
• Monitoring distributors\xe2\x80\x99 sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting, and proper reporting.
• Working closely with Regulatory, Finance, Medical and Commercial teams to provide price assumptions supporting budget planning and clarity on risks and opportunities exercise.
• Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities to support strategic and operational commercial & access objectives.
• Support supply chain, develop and maintaining relationship with clients and distributors.
• Ensuring the implementation of a strategy for obtaining and maximizing market access.
• Designing and implementing innovative solutions and services in market access Based on changes in healthcare trends, setting strategies and action plans.
• Support regulatory approvals and licenses.
• Providing health economic and value training to field support teams; communicating the role of market access through presentations.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Pharmacy or related field. Preferably Post Graduate degree in business administration.
• Minimum 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in multinational pharmaceutical industry & with that at least 4 years as Market access in GCC for Oncology.
• At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in oncology is a must, preferably with Breast Cancer. Rare disease experience is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory, access, commercial and procurement in GCC Market.
• Good knowledge of regulatory policies and pricing strategies & retail.
• Performance-driven individual, with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational credibility, and deep understanding of the business.
• Must be highly result oriented with strong sense of accountability & ownership with a mind to accept changes.
• Excellent written and spoken command in English and Arabic.
