Job Description
A leading and rapidly expanding maritime company is seeking to appoint an experienced Marine Superintendent to join its team in Qatar. This shore-based role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the companyaEUR(TM)s Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) fleet. Candidate Requirements: Must currently reside in Qatar Must have served as Master on OSV vessels A minimum of 2 yearsaEUR(TM) shore-based experience as a Marine Superintendent is essential Strong understanding of OSV operations, DP systems, and maritime regulatory compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support the daily operations of assigned OSV vessels Ensure full compliance with international maritime regulations, flag state, class, and internal standards Act as the key point of contact for Masters and vessel crew regarding marine operational matters Conduct audits, inspections, safety drills, and incident investigations Liaise with port authorities, clients, and internal stakeholders Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence To apply, please contact Isabelle Minden-Powell.
