Marine Superintendent
Job Description
Oversee and coordinate vessel operations to ensure safety and compliance with maritime regulations.
Conduct regular vessel inspections and audits to maintain operational standards.
Manage vessel maintenance schedules, repairs, and dry-docking activities.
Monitor vessel performance, fuel consumption, and operational efficiency.
Recruit, train, and evaluate vessel crew members, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vessel operations and compliance.
Communicate effectively with vessel crews, port authorities, and regulatory bodies.
