Overview: A marine operations coordinator is responsible for the coordination, organization, and management of various vessels. This individual is responsible for crafting operating schedules, making sure that the vessels fall in line with all state and federal regulations, and keeping track of the vessels records time-to-time. Role: Maintain vessel activity information relating to operations updates and other business processes involved with a ship/vessel. Create and maintain accurate vessel details, TC contracts, etc. in operation system Advising Vessel Operations Coordinators / Operations Managers with information as necessary to help achieve a desired outcome Assist in time & freight Charter to keep records in ERP for further operations & accounts department formalities. Requirements of Time & Freight charter jobs need to maintain & update in the ERP For Time & Freight Charter, maintain Statement of Daily logs for each vessel/ unit in the ERP in order evaluate the Vessel Utilization Assist in Lay time Calculation (Demurrage). Each freight voyage to be monitored and update the demurrage calculations after each trip. Manage Agency Coordination for any port movements/ requirements for our vessels which are registered under each port. Manage Client Coordination and communication to understand the mode of operations/ plans in order to notify masters and management. Oversee the fuel consumption of running vessels. Manage Bunker quantity approvals, submit the present ROB updates of the vessels to the management. Arranging surveyor for operations department when required. Manage the mitigation plans Daily SDL\'s update to get the Utilization report monthly and checking if any errors and rectify the report accordingly. Ocean Comet & ARQA: Coordinating with master for each trip when required by Marco agent, for MCC bunker distribution jobs and other company trips and informing agent for arranging the concerned permissions, providing the coordinates of MCC vessels and others. Agency, Survey company, Charter company invoices are being certified. Creating Bunker consumables job in ERP for the procurement to process with the LPO\'s. Any other operations related task as may be assigned by the Operations Manager Requirements Requirements: 2-3 years of work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role Must have previous experience in marine industry.
