We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marine Mechanic to maintain, repair, and service marine engines and related equipment, with a focus on outboard engines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring vessels operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair outboard marine engines and mechanical systems. Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and equipment. Test and ensure engines and systems function properly after repairs. Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and service performed. Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Assist in engine installations and sea trials when required.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as a Marine Mechanic, specifically with outboard engines. Strong knowledge of marine engine systems and mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
