1. Screen and short list candidates for various crew positions on board vessels. 2.Obtain all necessary information for Officer positions and prep for client interviews. 3. Maintain records of all crew on board, whilst on leave and plan for crew changes when needed on time. 4. Ensure all joining crew have valid certificates and identity documentation before joining the vessel. 5. Prepare crew contracts. 6.Ensure all documents from flag, and seamen documents are in order before joining. 7. Locate crew to join the vessel on time and coordinate with the client. 8. 3+ years crewing officer experience is a must. Working with ADNOC / ARAMCO is bonus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Language:
