Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing & Fabrication Engineer to support the production of armoured vehicles and defence-grade components. The role focuses on fabrication processes, production efficiency, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise fabrication and manufacturing of armoured vehicle structures, chassis, and body panels
*Implement fabrication processes for ballistic steel, aluminium, and composite materials
*Ensure welding, cutting, and forming operations meet defence quality standards
*Read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs
*Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams
*Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues
Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production Engineering
*Experience in armour vehicle, automotive, heavy vehicle, or defence manufacturing preferred
*Strong knowledge of metal fabrication and welding processes (MIG/TIG)
*Ability to interpret technical drawings
