- Provide specialized treatments like nail buffing using polish, gel manicures, acrylics etc. Create designs and nail art including nail extensions according to client preference.

Client Consultation
- Welcome clients warmly and discuss treatment options to understand their nail care needs, preferences and any specific concerns. Offer appropriate professional advice and recommendations on nail care routines, products, maintenance, and aftercare services.

Health, Hygiene & Sanitation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the nail salon, including disinfecting tools, equipment, and workstations after each client. Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety procedures to prevent the spread of infections and ensure a safe environment for clients' and staff health.
5.
Customer Service
- Build rapport with clients through attentive service, personalized care, and friendly communication. Address client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.

Promotion & Sales
- Upsell retail products for at-home nail and skin care and recommend additional services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue by meeting sales targets.
7.
Operational Assistance
- Assist in performing administrative tasks like managing appointments, handle payments, keeping client records, feedback notes and contribute to inventory updates.
