Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and polished Mandarin?speaking Luxury Property Consultant to join our elite team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in high?end real estate, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build trust with Mandarin?speaking clients and investors. This role requires deep market knowledge, a professional presence, and the ability to manage complex, high?value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and guide Mandarin?speaking clients throughout the buying, selling, and investment process Manage the full sales cycle for luxury and premium properties Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations with professionalism Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities Represent exclusive off?plan and ready projects from leading UAE developers Build and maintain strong relationships with high?net?worth clients and investors Maintain an updated database of listings, leads, and market activity Negotiate and close high?value transactions in line with company standards Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets Represent the company at luxury events, exhibitions, and networking functions

Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory Proven experience in luxury real estate sales in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred) Strong knowledge of premium communities, developers, and market dynamics Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client?relationship skills Professional appearance and confident client?facing presence Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle Real estate certification is an advantage
