Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

- Execution of M&A Industrial deals across entire subsectors
- Origination of M&A Industrial deals across subsectors and global regions
- Support the team in market research and due diligence
- Adaptability to work across several subsectors within Industrials (ex: Automotive, Manufacturing, Chemicals etc..)
- Support & train junior team members
- 17-22 years of experience with a bulge bracket Investment Bank focused on Industrials
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s & master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or other related fields from top-tier institution
- Exposure to global markets
- Established network within industrials space
- Proven track record of successful transactions
