Job Summary

1. Drive roadmap tailoring and support execution for Circular Economy Group targets to achieve corporate strategic goals.
2. Drive internal alignment on implementing Production Waste, Food Waste and sustainable Packaging roadmaps.
3. Define the optimal way to meet projects\' Goals, Schedules & Budgets, acting as a liaison between external stakeholders, corporate functions and Business units. Supervise, track and communicate project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Circular Economy: Develop a comprehensive circular economy plan aligned with the organization\'s strategic goals. Identify opportunities for circularity within the organization\'s operations, products, and services, considering resource optimization, product design, materials sourcing, and end-of-life management.
2. Waste Management Planning: Develop production waste management plans and procedures to minimize waste generation, optimize waste segregation, and ensure sustainable waste treatment/recycling. Guide Business Units on waste reduction and recycling programs.
3. Elaborate, lead, guide and report execution of Group b2c packaging portfolio roadmap with focus on sustainable design, recyclability, recycling and Climate efficiency. rPET and other relevant pilots and scaling.
4. Elaborate, lead, guide and report execution of Group target to decrease 50% food waste in own operations by 2030.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, waste management organizations, and regulatory bodies, to foster collaboration and promote circular economy principles.
6. Data Collection and Analysis: Establish robust data collection systems to monitor waste generation, recycling rates, and resource consumption. Analyze data to identify trends, track progress, and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data to informed decision-making and develop targeted waste reduction strategies.
7. Proactive innovation and efficient partnerships scouting and guidance across organization

Work experience requirement

Circular Economy expertise and proven track record. Corporate/global and/or regional level experience in Circular Economy/Food Waste/Waste management is a must. Min 7-8 years of experience in MNCs, preferably Food industry.
Background in Project Management in complex organizational blueprints will be an advantage.

Big4/Packaging industry/ Foundation and similar organizations\' experience in Circular Economy projects will be an advantage.

Qualification

University Graduates in Engineering / Project Management /Environment Science/different

Good to have:

Executive education and professional certifications in waste management/Circular Economy

Proven experience in developing and implementing circular economy strategies, policies, and waste management programs
