Responsibilities:

• Project Management for all the Strategic Initiatives across the brand by collaborating with cross domain SMEs
• Monthly Monitoring of Department specific KPIs for each department in the Business (Via MIS & Power BI Reports), conducting RCAs for cases of non-compliance & formulating solutions for the same along with relevant SMEs
• Collaborating with Business\xe2\x80\x99s leadership team for formulating Long term strategies & evaluating future growth avenues
• Conducting weekly/monthly analysis to monitor health of the business.
• Conducting both Industry & market specific Secondary research through reports, articles & conferences and being the window of Business Intelligence for the business

Credentials: * MBA from Tier-1 Institute (IIM A/B/C/L/K, FMS, XLRI, ISB or international institutes) | Required.

• Experience of 3-5 Years in Management Consulting with Projects in either Fashion Retail or Middle East Market OR 3-5 Years of Experience in CEO\xe2\x80\x99s office/Strategy vertical of Fashion Retail Corporations in Middle East or India | Required.
• Fluent with MS Suite | Required.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI | Preferred
