We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Transport Advisory to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee strategic transportation projects, providing expert advice to clients and driving innovative solutions in urban mobility and infrastructure development.

Lead and manage complex transportation advisory bids and projects from inception to completion Develop and implement strategic plans for transportation infrastructure and urban mobility solutions Develop mobility operational plans for projects of varying size and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate inputs with respect to financial analysis, economics, asset management etc Conduct comprehensive data analysis and utilize advanced modeling techniques to inform decision-making Oversee the preparation of detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and stakeholders Manage and mentor a team of transportation professionals, fostering their growth and development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated mobility solutions Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in transportation & mobility planning, implementation, and operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and industry partners Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and are completed within budget and timeline Contribute to business development efforts and expand the firm's transportation advisory services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in transport planning or advisory roles, with a proven track record of successful project delivery Strong proficiency in capabilities of transportation modelling software, GIS, and data analysis tools, and ability to direct specialists to provide outputs required. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and problem-solving for complex transportation challenges Advanced knowledge of transportation infrastructure, urban mobility, and sustainable transport solutions Expertise in traffic management systems and public transportation planning Strong leadership and team management abilities Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences Willingness to travel within the UAE and potentially to other locations in the Middle East region
