Manager, TAEE Delivery - Asia (m/f/d)

PURPOSE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager, Talent Acquisition Delivery to join our team. As the Manager, Talent Acquisition Delivery, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall recruitment process by managing and optimizing talent acquisition operations. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring a seamless candidate experience, streamlining recruitment processes, working closely with data analytics to drive recruitment strategies, understanding candidate behavior, and maintaining recruitment systems and tools. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on projects with global stakeholders and scope and optimize them to meet local requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and align processes, programs, and key initiatives with stakeholders to create and deliver a best-in-class experience.
  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of Talent Acquisition projects, maintaining high standards.
  • Monitor and analyze local talent acquisition data and metrics provided by the Global Analytics team to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Support coordination, communication, and negotiation with stakeholders and application owners.
  • Provide support to all users through office hours, ad hoc questions, and managing all licenses/vendor access.
  • Drive team growth by overseeing training initiatives and designing and conducting training sessions.
  • Develop and document guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for talent acquisition operations, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Create presentations and generate data reports to inform decision-making.

KEY MEASURE OF SUCCESS
  • Maintain an average project delivery time within the agreed project timeline.
  • Achieve a stakeholder satisfaction rating by running constant feedback analysis and improvements.
  • Conduct 3-5 sessions per half-quarter, with highly positive feedback from participants.
  • Develop several best practices for Talent Acquisition operations and successfully implement them.
  • Implement the candidate experience survey with a high success response rate.

Managers in adidas play a critical role in the execution of the priorities and core services of the HR function at adidas. They support a single-business-unit or region, in some cases extending across the organization and are functional experts who demonstrate subject matter expertise, and take strong personal ownership over the delivery of great (final) work product and results. They have the ability to blend functional expertise with a comprehensive view of the bigger picture. They are able to prioritize without losing sight of the overarching goals. Our Senior Managers are skilled at capturing data from a variety of sources and analyze and interpret the findings as well as presenting those findings to the business and HR leaders. They influence based on subject matter expertise and offers relevant (external) insights for input to business strategy discussions. They support their leadership in setting expectations and standards and coach others through change and transformation.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 3-5 years\' experience in global/international recruiting, leading international recruitment mandates/operations or HR Systems administration with a focus on systems, processes, policies, and governance.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), and experience with implementing, configuring, and optimizing these systems.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition processes, from requisition creation to onboarding, and ability to design and optimize these processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks, and experience in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy, compliance, and quality.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking opportunities to optimize processes and systems for better outcomes.
