Job Description

Overall responsible for IT & Information Security related activities in L&T Oman Operations. Lead the team of IT staffs in the smooth functioning of entire systems for the business continuity. Responsible for all the inhouse software development process (SDLC) from the initial step to till the implementation & support Responsible for gathering requirement from management /departments / projects and deliver the suitable solution through the system. Responsible for Design, Coding, Testing & Implementation of business supporting applications in Microsoft Stack (VB.Net, C#.Net, JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, MSSSQL Server, IIS). Responsible for Database design, Data extraction, and Production &Test environment. Responsible for EIP (ERP) Implementation & Support for entire company and coordinating with various teams for problem resolution. Coordinating with various teams in HQ for the Microsoft Licenses, Email, Cloud & Information security implementations & supports. Responsible for all the technical approvals related to IT & ITSM. Responsible for IT Budget preparation, Discussing & getting necessary approvals from management, etc. Responsible for all the IT Infrastructure Strategy & Decision Making at HO & site level. Handling IT procurement process in the technical perspective and maintaining vendor relationship. Conducting IT Trainings & Awareness programs for the end users. Overall responsible for information security (ISO 27001:2013) Certification, IT Policies & compliance. Responsible for Information Risk Management and Security Compliance and Providing responses to various teams. Information Security Governance & Compliance, building policies & procedures, IT Resilience & Business Continuity Plan, Data Protection & Security Investigation & Conduct internal audits, etc. ISMS Awareness building, Preparing Information Security training material to impart training, Conducting ISMS training, Quiz, and related activities.
