Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Collaborate with business and demand management on feasibility analysis and prioritization assessment of solution delivery and provide insights on business case viability, solution design complexity and IT capabilities and effort estimations Ensure systems enhancements are submitted without any compliance gaps, that the solution design caters for all the requested enhancements and that the developed solution performs as requested Assess all initiatives driven from stakeholders to make as a policy compliance check before implementation Manage E2E solution delivery from demand until production and facilitate assistance for design related matters throughout the delivery cycle to enhance solution delivery quality. Manage the scope of work-package handed over to the Vendor and monitor the delivery process and identify improvement opportunities in delivery schedule management by the Vendor Manage with Vendor on design and execution of enhancement projects to ensure better quality and timeliness of service delivery Set the standards for programming tools and techniques, advise on the application of these standards to ensure compliance by the Vendor Evaluate and provide inputs on effectiveness of end-to-end delivery process followed within IT to enhance overall time to market Build and implement testing policies and practices as implemented by the MSP enhance the quality of delivery from Vendor

Qualifications, Experience And Skills:

Qualifications:


Minimum Bachelor in Information Technology/ Information Services/ Computer Science Master's degree is a plus Certifications such as e-TOM, BSCS, ISO, ITIL etc. is a plus
Experience:


Minimum 7-12 years of experience in an Information Technology/ Information Services role Experience in Telecommunications Industry is preferred. Excellent understanding of IT solution design, development methodologies, testing types and project management
Skills


Proven ability to lead large transformation projects Knowledge in telecom infrastructure is preferred. Proven track record of managing vendors Proven track record in governance and financial management * Fluent in English and Arabic
